Our Web Development Process

1. Project initiation & Discovery

During the initial project initiation & discovery session, we delve into a comprehensive set of topics to ensure a well-structured and successful website development process. During the session we'll cover; hosting, goals of the website, target audience, user information required, functionality requirements, sitemap of pages, user flow, basic wireframes, copy & media requirements, and look & feel.

2. Deliverables

Once we have defined all the requirements, we'll create a deliverables document for you which confirms exactly what is included in the project and what we will require from you in order to make it happen.

3. Go Ahead & Paperwork

After you have reviewed & signed off the deliverables, we'll put together the final paperwork for you to sign and get loaded into our system.

4. Provisioning & Scheduling

Once the signed paperwork is received, we'll schedule the project on our side and send through project timelines together with milestones required from both sides to execute the project successfully.

5. Media & Copy Gathering

During this stage, we collect al the media and copy required for the site. This can either be provided by you or we can arrange photographers and copywriters to assist.

6. Design

Once we have all the signed off media and copy, we create visual representations of what the final product will look like in both desktop and mobile versions.

7. Design Reviews and Signoff

During the design phase we'll have frequent review sessions with you to discuss the designs and any changes required. Once you are happy with the final look and feel, we'll sign off this phase and move onto development.

8. Development

At this point, we'll develop the website on our development server according to the designs and functionality outlined.

9. Development Review

Once development is complete, we'll have a final review session with you to go through the site in detail to confirm everything is perfect and ready to launch.

10. Go Live

During this final stage, we'll provision the website from our development server to the live server and complete all the post launch tasks such as configuring security, search engine submissions and final tests to ensure everything works as intended.
